I defeated Satán stacking Omnipotent succession and Omagatoki Charge, when he uses Magatsuhi Plunder on kaiwan he's weak against light so you use Luminoscent Mirage to have an additional turn, return your demons to the stock and the Nahobino can Attack 7 to 8 times and with the Magatsuhi skills that's like a lot of damage but you need a lot of strengthbut with this strategy Satan just fucking explodes XD

Almost forgot, you attack with Parcelene Blur (that one light attack unique of the Nahobino) but I believe you defeated Satán since has been one month of this comment xd

I’m guessing Casual unless OP stat boosted TF out of his demons. Might even be safety honestly. I had lv 99 demons with stats around 100-120 and I had to lower the difficulty to Casual to stand a chance.

@@darklordliam On Safefty you do 30K damage, so this has to be normal or casual.

It was always separate thing in Megami Tensei series since Megami Tensei 2. In SMT Satan is for God side (Law), while Lucifer is in opposite (Chaos).

Because atlus want to separating between original Hebrew bible depiction of Satan and later Christianity tradition ( Lucifer). Satan originally depicted in Hebrew bible; book of the job not as enemy of God but as prosecutor who work in God divine council.

The whole thing is a rabbithole to go down. But from what I know, Satan was never the name of a singular being in scripture, but rather it is a title meaning adversary or prosecutor. Seems like originally Atlus went the route of having Satan as an actual primal being who's normally the right hand of God, but seems like he now serves the great will.

You need kill his minions ASAP, because Megido Ark dmg scalling with numbers of demons in his team. So for example if Satan has 3 demons in team, dmg increase x3, add to this Magatsuhi Skill and buffs = insane amount of dmg. Also Satan stats are very high, when level scalling was removed in SMT V Vengeance stats are now more important, not just level, and this fight shows that. Now imagine Satan in Godborn :D

My demons stats were around 110-120. I had to lower the difficulty down to casual to actually stand a chance. On Hard Satan has like 190 everything except Vitality which is 240 💀

@@nr2676 Are the stats why im doing so little damage? Moonlight frost with 150 magic stat barely does over 400 damage even when buffed

@@monadoboy1887 yes, because Satan on hard have... 800 vitality xd but there is cheese strategy to beat him in 1 Turn, even on hard

​@@enzoforgets9456It's a bad game design because they had to do that instead of letting you use everything and make it difficult through other more creative methods, like null X dmg types is such a lazy answer for designing a superboss.

Plus, the hare of Inaba has the inate skill that if a Kunitsu demon is in the active party alongside it, the mp cost of healing and support skills are reduced for all allies. Since Konohana Sakuya is a Kunitsu demon, there should be a good synergy between them in battle.

Technicly yes, but in this fight Demeter with burst healing value far more and Amonazako for reversing debuffs, cheaper, faster, effective.

So this fight unlocks the Godbron NG+ option. It bumps NG+ to level 150.

not necessarily, after beating CoV and create a "Cleared" save file, just load your save prior to Lucifer Boss Fight and go to Shinjuku, Mastema quest should be there, I tried it myself today, it worked even tho I never touched CoC a single time

Well, if ATLUS is gonna play the card that they played back in SMT IV:A, Satan will most likely be a unique kind of special fusion that you gotta do in order to be able to use him in all his glory and awesomeness.

@@MILDMONSTER1234 From what I've heard, they increased the damage you do in response to poor level scaling in the original.

​@@thisisme-iy9rh I think you just do more damage if underleveled, like, you don't do 5 dmg to Hydra at level 8, instead you do like 17 dmg.

From my experience (which im still around the 2nd are) the new bosses are harder than the original but the original content is a lot easier than before

@@horshorson8198 I would second this comment. You get some new tools e.g. innate abilities, some new demons, new skills, etc. that make some of the original content a bit easier (nothing super game breaking so far though). The new bosses are a good challenge though

I found Demi-Fiend to be a lot harder
