Pile 2-I’ve never met my boss before working at this facility and she’s promoting me due to my mix of demonstrated competency and empathy, I work with children with ASD, definitely not anything close to a sales environment. Not sure what the abrasiveness is about and we’re not family either, this read probably just isn’t for me! I’m really big about upholding company policies bc it would be illegal to do otherwise and the well being of clientele is always at the forefront of my actions and decisions
