Hey buddy thank you just so you know I'm watching I'm sure this is live but call
So I have one question what's the best broadhead bowhunting hogs in Texas
@@Brandonsarten-s8f I would use a Slick Trick 100 grain Viper Trick. They work great on Hogs. Thx for the Question
Can you use that also on hogs
Hey buddy this is Brandon calling out of Texas I just want to be on your show and I'm a big time Hunter and I just going to be sitting here listening but I just want to say Merry Christmas and thank you for everything
Merry Christmas to you my brother
My name is Brandon Tyler Sarten and I love the voice that you give and I want to just say thank you for everything that you have given us for advice and I love your radio show I'm a Hunter a big time Hunter I love hunting deer I love hunting just about anything but I hope you get this and I'm hoping to win surprises I'm calling from out of Texas I was born in Arkansas I was raised up in Arkansas and I've been hunting all my life I just want to say thank you brother
@@Brandonsarten-s8f Thanks Brandon. Listen to The Outdoor Call Radio App. It’s free to listen and you can send me a screen shot of a show your listening too Monday - Friday. If you email me these pic at outdoorsdan@ mac. Com. You can enter once a day. I award prizes every week. Good luck!
I love those trappings I mean my grandpa he did a lot of that coyote hunting and I tell you it must have made him a killing because you know I love hunting too I love whitetail you know I've been doing it all my life but you know I'm starting to get into that trap and now so is there any advice you can give me cuz where I'm at is you know you're allowed to hunt with dogs and then now sometimes you can't hunt with dogs so what's the best buy on the trapping
🙌🙌
So is this deleting pictures off of the card?
@@tammyshambley3442 Yes this will wipe your card when you need to purge it or it gets a data corruption
Love the show keep it up
Probably the best interview I've seen with Dr. Russ Jones. It was a like a greatest hits episode that covers all the hot topics and questions on this issue. Well done!
Meldrum looking like a Grover Krantz always great to see Jeff
Maybe edit out the network checks and dead space at the beginning? We want to hear from Jeff! Otherwise…great interview👍
Check, check..123.. 😆😆💩
Such an interesting interview with Arla.
Its sad that some folks feel they need that much of an electronic advantage over a wild animal... The hunting world has became so yuppied up and watered down with electronics and batteries to the point its no wounder some folks look at hunting in a negative way... How much of an advantage do we really need over these animals ?
❤
Sasquatch contact: To establish a profound connection with the elusive Sasquatch, immerse yourself in nature, foster a deep sense of reverence and respect. Cultivate a heart full of good intentions and venture into the wilderness frequently, particularly in areas known to be inhabited by these enigmatic creatures. Set up camp in the heart of 'Squatch country' and engage in activities that resonate with their gentle essence: meditate, sing, laugh with joy, and play soothing melodies on a musical instrument. Speak aloud to the forest and its inhabitants, even if you sense no immediate presence. Avoid aggressive gestures like carrying guns or building massive fires, instead opting for subtle gestures like wood knocks or soft whoops. Consider leaving gifts like organic food or marbles, tokens of your peaceful intentions. Be prepared for extraordinary encounters, as true Sasquatch connections can be surreal and can get pretty weird. As you attune yourself to their realm, be open to experiencing vivid lucid dreams, waking visions, and unexplained phenomena like poltergeist activity, mysterious pokes, and taps while camping or even at home. Sasquatch may communicate with you through telepathy, conveying messages through words, images, or emotions. From my experience, they emphasize the importance of meditation, visualization, breathwork, and focusing on the third eye - ancient practices echoed in Eastern texts, yet forgotten in modern times. The Sasquatch have honed these inner faculties, prioritizing spiritual growth over technological advancements, though they do employ lithography. Embracing the truth of their existence will revolutionize our understanding of science, society, and spirituality, forever shifting the fabric of our reality.
Always great to hear from Dr. Jeff!!!
Are the DNR still using cameras??? No video should be allowed in court if you can’t do what the DNR or government do!
The law clearly states "for the use of pursuit and harvesting game" so there is clarity there for the people trying their best to throw shade at the DNR or relate it to something else to make a point
clear as mud. By definition I'm using my camera's to help me harvest a deer. They need to define that better, something like if you get a picture on your cell you can't shoot that animal that day? how are they going to police this?
DNR are going to be giving out a lot of tickets this year and years to come. This is a way for them to make more money.
I'm on the wild games side of this one... How much of an electronic advantage do we need over these animals ? It's getting pretty sad in my opinion with the real time cell phone pics... I feel it's totally unfair when we already have a huge natural advantage already...
I use cell cams and bait @@Stickbow1980
So you cant call Bobby Ray on the walkie talkie and tell him the big buck is coming down the tree line but you cant text Bobby Ray and tell him🙄🙄
Hunting over food, plots, and bait should be banned also
This is what happens when you allow a right to gather food be turned into the privilege of "hunting". Enjoy your slippery slope 👍
that what they want the state owns the wildlife so if they own then they should pay for damage to your car when a deer runs into the side of your car. it was damaged by state owned property pay up
@@kennethharding9118 Might want to rethink that ideology, who funds the state? Taxpayers, or better than that they would likely raise licenses to pay for this mindset hope you are for paying 3to 4 times higher price for tags
I think the only guys sad or mad here are those BiG bUcK hunters that don’t have their toys now and have to actually hunt and maybe even harvest something they have ranted against others harvesting size wise.
So, if I have a set, stand and mock scrape etc, and I have a camera watching the mock scrape...all if this in very close proximity, it shouldn't be a violation....if I am understanding this correctly
From my understanding of what I was told of the rule . If you use Deer urine and can shoot the scrape from your stand it would not be illegal. Remember You can’t put mineral in Iowa that would influence the travel the deer to hunt over. I would talk with the DNR officer in your area and ask their interpretation of the rule. That way you know for sure, in case they would ever check your area.
As long as the camera is removed within 24 hrs on public land , if not it is deemed as abandoned and maybe removed by anyone
Geez oh my now what! Say it ain't so Lucy! How are you gonna scout? Guess you will have to actually scout instead of sitting in the couch waiting for signal. Yeeesh
Why would a person leave their boots on state land overnight? Ive never heard of this
I was kidding
Just make them illegal during the season. Off season scouting data shouldn't be an issue
With modern treestands and saddles no reason to leave stand up. Wish they would do this in ohio. Everywhere you look on public there is a camera or treestand
there is way to much crying by the state about how you harvest the deer you paid for by buying a tag cause the state owns the wild life in said state. now that being said if a deer jumps out in front of your car and you can't avoid it hitting the side of your car who pays for the repair well you do now that being said if the kid next door throws a ball and bust's the windshield his parents pays for the damage so if the state owns the wildlife in said state then the state needs to pay for damage done to your car caused by the moveable property of the state now prove me wrong 😉
@@kennethharding9118 The deer have no moral compass and intelligence to comprehend their actions, that kid that thru the ball likely has parents who are allowing Tictok to raise them and it is the parents responsibility for their off springs' actions
How in the hell are they going to in force that on private property
They aren't...
They will rely on tips from other hunters just as how most of their investigations are started currently, they are not hiding in the bushes enforcing laws, they are waiting on phone calls and following up on tips
Thank you.
your welcome!
How about GOG Grumpy old gets No not really 🇬🇧🇬🇧
Just seen your on TH-cam too. Awesome
body shots on a turkey with a 1.25" broadhead what a dumb ass the biggest 3 blade expandable you can find and before you say any thing i've kill more turkeys with a bow in one year than you've killed in your carrier
