Same thing happening to my teenage daughter. I started to give her higher dose of vitamin D some months ago. Now she's having her mens with precisely 28 days! She used to have like 38 days in-between before. She's also a bit annoyed 😁

Hey Love! I’m sorry you’re dealing with that! It took about 3 months for me to get a regular period. I feel like low Vitamin D causing missed periods may have been an individual problem for me. There could be other reasons why your period isn’t regular. I know that diet, fibroids and ovarian cysts could also be a factor. I hope you and your doctor can find the underlying cause!

Try getting vitamins d3 drops. 5 drops a day into the mouth, it absorbs really well and if you can get one that also has vitamin K in it, that helps the d3 work too.

Girl, you’re so funny. I’ve been checking what is deficiency in vitamin D and this is WILD. I’ve never had my period regularly like you and I went to see a doctor for that. They made me do blood test and my Vitamin D is at 8. Apparently, I shouldn’t be functioning haha. But the more I learn about this shit the more shook I am about all the effects you have if you don’t have enough Vitamin D. Why isn’t it more known?! I literally had to be super specific to find your content cause they wouldn’t even mention it in general videos ☠️
