We’re is the part 3 for the Afghan loom? The green one?

Its a pretty edge but there's no give, its pulled too tightly to allow the weaving to stretch in any direction. Edit: I was 1/4 of the way through and it bunched do bad it was warping the blanket. Had to go back and undo it all.
