Not in my country. Can't you even use the desktop version in the US?
@Guidie I mean I don't use CapCut PC anymore but from a few posts I've seen by people you can't. But man it sucks that after I stopped using it they add those graphs that are on the phone version on there.
And what did you use instead? Personally, if I were banned, I would probably switch to Premier Pro.
