30 gallon Chiller Bait tank
Over the last few weeks we have been fine tuning the new 30 gallon Chiller Bait tank. The 30 gallon features both bottom and side wall filtration, while maintaining the ability to pressurize the main tank. On the 30 we were also able to maintain off chamber aeration and degassing with one high pressure brushless pump. We have kept all the features that customers have come to love while adding many more. We are accepting pre orders, and anticipate being fully stocked with the first pre orders shipping in March.

i only use the air bubbler in my bait tank an i use to use airator an since i used just the bubbler my bait so better active..I made a 250 gallon tank an i started with airator bait died then i change to a bubbler an never lost bait again.So my question is were did the science come from to make moving water for any bait fish ? but i did use oxygen pump that mom had after she past so its pure oxygen bubbles
Air is only 19 to 20% Oxygen, and approximately 78 percent Nitrogen. The Oxygen gas exchange happens the very moment the air bubble is created. The science behind our Bait Tank extracts the 19 percent Oxygen from the air and uses the Nitrogen to agitate the pump compartment off gassing ammonia. One this prevents bubble abrasion that stripes slime. Two by only pumping Oxygen without the bubble into the main tank we can run the system brimful pressurized preventing main tank sloshing further beating up baits in rough water conditions.
i have always used rock salt my whole life i never had bait to die
why not just use sea salt from the grocery store if it safe for us got to be for the fish..harden scales is just putting slim coat just easier tell people this.so scales dont fall off

What is the generic formula to go by when adding salt to a 12g tank? Or a 24g tank? Or 35g tank, etc.? Using threadfin and gizzard shad... Thanks.

I’ve had my chiller bait tank out in the shed for five days now, the water temperature is 64 degrees and half the time I haven’t even latched the top down. It was filled with well water which I’m guessing was around 57-58 degrees. So an increase of 6-7 degrees in five days? So glad I own one!

Hey Bobby, Travis Hidlebaugh here. I'm the guy from Springfield that bought a tank from you guys at the Cat Con this year. I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but I have the Maluna thermometer and the hose fittings on order. I LOVE this tank!! I plan on plumbing it in to my ProCat 240 very soon. I have been bragging to all of my fishing and non fishing friends about it!! I can't wait for the weather to break so I can try this thing out!!!

Celeste Main we have a 4 year warranty on our pumps. Replacement pumps will come with all pipe and fittings.We are located in Galesburg Illinois. Standard shipping is 200$ anywhere in the USA, we cover anything over that.

Celeste Main we chose not to go with that style of drain due to clogging. You will notice with this tank very little scales do to minimal mechanical abrasion. Furthermore the tanks flow is effective at removing solids. After a couple water changes to remove ammonia you are left with a clean running tank.
