Hi. Would you happen to know about this product? Re their Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover - I just received my bottle and there is no safety seal. Should there be? Also, I thought this would be a clear liquid. The bottom half appears to be a thick liquid like oil, though it says "oil free." After shaking the bottle the product is cloudy. Should it be cloudy or clear? Thank you.
