Hi, thanks for stopping by, I build things here: mainly little models, marble runs, and anything else that might fit in that category, or that just catches my eye, I post daily and I generally aim to keep my videos in the 45-60 minute range and hopefully they are informative as well as entertaining. This one turned out differently than I had planned, but I am still pleased with it, I thought it would be a nice simple build...and it was...then I complicated it with painting and a misguided attempt to repurpose an old LED that had come with some junk mail, I still had fun with it and hope you enjoy! I love your videos, Daniel. You are the only miniature builder who makes videos in real time and it is extremely helpful. Is there any chance that you could make another one from this series? In addition to this one, I have the bakery and the garden and I need help with both of them!

Im working on it right now. Im happy with your video how to make it. Its my first time building a Rolife project. And as others mentioned there is no usb cable included so I had to buy myself one otherwise I cant check if the electric things are working. Its such a wonderful thing to do.😊

This is fantastic. Even if i am not crazy about this holiday it reminds me decoration houses during that time in Brooklyn Dyker area. And because of the lighting in this kit it's now in my Amazon cart. Will definitely go crazy coloring it. Thank you for the finding. Thumbs up.

That was the simplest most straightforward kit I've seen you do since I started following your channel. None of the usual fiddly bits that take forever to complete - that is, until you started working on the light haha.

One year ago you had a black tabletop that still looked like leather?
It wasn't leather, it was just a thick piece of sort of velvety cloth.
What paint markers do you use?
I bought them off amazon a few years back the brand was "Crafts 4 All".

The ends would have painted better if you had sanded the char off that is what was keeping the paint from working

I thought it would be a nice change of pace, it was quite fun, I may have to add this kind of thing into the rotation. Maybe with some better planning and a few more colors of paint.

That's cool! Welcome aboard, I've found you can spend as much or as little on these kits and they all have their fun bits, some less so than others, but that's all part of any hobby I think. 😂

I'm not sure about putting a baby to sleep, that song is pretty loud, maybe with a more mellow movement, the dancing horses would entertain them no doubt though! 😂
Would be interesting if you could build 2 of this. One with the wood lubricant you used in the past to see which runs smoothly for future reference.
I've been informed that the wood lubricant has a little bit of stickiness to it, so I'm only using that on the hand cranked builds now, once it gets going it seems smoother, but it seems to overwhelm most of the mechanisms at the start.

Best time of my life as a kid riding this things and bumper cars with my dad. This is awesome kit. It would be nice to color it.
I thought about adding some color to the back of the horses, just to add a little spice, but I procrastinated too much last night and it was getting late. 😂

add a drop of super glue to the new string to keep it in place,,, NO KNOTS
I don't like tying the knots, but I've done enough of the sailboats that I finally have a bit of the technique down, I will try and remember that the next time I get frustrated with them though! 😂

How much did it cost to get one
This model was $225, but he has a lot of different ones from $55-1500. I personally plan to buy some more at some point, very smooth, fun build.

So Nice project !!! I've done this one a couple of years ago and my children still play with it. You will very enjoy this project. One advice : put a lot of wax !!! Mecanisms need it a lot to work well !!!

The acrylic cylinder needs pushing down further, it goes down about another 6mm when given some force. It clicks into place
All this plastic//nylon wrapping. Asians are crazy about it. Go to a store, buy a lemon they put it in a plastic bag. Last place they care about pollution. This looks like another nice kit.
I think it's like everywhere, there are always people who don't care, and they get all the attention.

Myquestion is; Do the wings on the map pieces go into the 2 adjacent slots or does the center part get pushed into one of the slots ?
If I'm reading you right, the wings go into the slots, the center sort of floats. Hope that helped.

I certainly can, I'll add it to my list, but it will probably be late November of early December before I get to it, it does look pretty cool with the counterweight mechanism, that'll be a new one for me.

I’ve decided that I’m so used to the pressure fitting kits that the fact that the glued pieces go together so easily is why I’m so amazed by how they fit. 🤔
