Id never heard of Jaell before this years Trinity exams (I am a piano teacher). I am looking forward to my journey. Wha\t is interesting is that I find the first piece strangely familiar

A lot of these cool pieces get categorized as just "happy" and there's so many fun suspensions that just make it close to reality. But it's a different reality from Ferneyhough, Stockhausen, Boulez, etc. where we see every day life. This is just slightly hanging above the edge, watching from a distance. Really cool stuff.

Since when I was a college student, he has been one of the most favorite music composer for me.
