Hola! It's been a while. This was filmed a couple of weeks ago but sadly, an unfortunate event happened in our province thus I wasn't able upload anything. I first made this for our unexpected guest and within seconds nothing is left for me. A couple of days later, I am still thinking about it so I decided to make some. I didn't include the donut recipe 'coz I used the same recipe as my cheesy milky donuts. Yum! Ang sarap nito for me, hindi siya sobrang tamis saktong-sakto lang talaga. 😋

CUSTARD CREAM DOUGHNUT FILLING
𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
- 280 ml milk (i used evaporated)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsps. cornstarch
- 3 small size eggyolk (if large, use 2 pcs only)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional but recommended)
