There's just too much fake marbles and woods in California houses nowadays. 21st century architecture is just by far the worst in terms of authenticity of materials and by extension, prices. Too much fake in California. The best example is the Kardashians lips and butts.

French château? Wayne Manor? Dude, do you know what you’re talking about? This is a modern farmhouse style. No idea where you are drawing the Batman connection from. It is also not Beverly Hills but rather, Beverly Hills post office. HUGE difference!
Dude, modern barhouse is mentioned at 1:09, but this really doesn’t capture its full essence. The grandeur, dark color scheme, artwork, and materials give it a distinct modern almost gothic vibe. I can totally see the Batman connection. As for the location, while it's technically in Beverly Crest, it's commonly referred to as Beverly Hills by developers and realtors due to its proximity and the Beverly Hills Post Office area. It’s like a 5-minute drive, so I’m not sure about the huge difference.
@@D.M.D.T. i’ve never heard of modern barn house. I have heard of modern farm house. Benedict canyon is not Beverly crest. The neighborhood is called Benedict Canyon. ;-)
Well, in true Benedict Canyon fashion-embracing its BH postcode but not quite in Beverly Hills-maybe it’s more fitting to call it a modern barn house instead of a farmhouse! It’s all about that eclectic canyon charm 😉

Eleven million for a 4 bedroom? It will never sell for that. I don't care how good the view is.
Even if I had the money, I wouldn't pay 45 million for a house directly across from a school. Too much traffic and too much noise. I think the builder was too ambitious.
Your special affects are both annoying and distracting. Can't tell if I like the house or not, the video is too difficult to watch.
I tried getting to this house. I gave up. Tight one way sized streets that aren’t one way. So either you reverse downhill for blocks or the car reverses uphill for blocks. Not just one street, but SEVERAL steeep tight streets. Another thought, chances are if you buy this home, you have super cars . Good luck because the streets will destroy it. The streets are pothole filled and uneven. You need a lifted vehicle, but remember a big vehicle won’t fit
You're right. Not a good house and not really a good street. No garage, only a carport. No movie theater, no true living space to enjoy tv/movies. Good luck if one of your neighbors are coming down the street in opposite direction as you are. One of you will have to backup on this tiny road to let the other pass before continuing. You lucked out by not getting this place. Architecture is cool, but there are just too many minuses on this place to even consider if the price was half of the $11M they are asking.

Has no garage and it's in maybe the worst part of the Hollywood hills. So it's pretty decently priced and it'll still take a year to sell.
Wonderful house indeed, no doubt, but... Without immortality and eternal youth, owning this house would be for just a brief glimpse in time. To truly enjoy the experience of life, youth and immortality must be present. With direct contact with God and people in Heaven, and the secrets of the super-sexuality and vigor, things would be even more complete. There are a few hints about what I truly mean in my profile ;)

Creative architects? They are all doing the same thing. Lame almost prefab farm houses. This is only decent because it's not overpriced, (although 11M and no garage is nuts but okay....) but it's also in a crappy part of the hills. Having it all in LA (not the valley or Calabasas) is at least 30M.
