i've swept 2 teams with ID + Body Press + Rock Polish set on Carbink. When battling second team i got a bit frustrated that they had a ghost type Frosslass to block Body Press, but then i realize "they can't really touch me" and so i just Moonblasted through it.

this is the definition of size doesn't matter.

Tbh ID + Body press strats can be totally OP if you don't have a ghost type. If you're given mostly physical mons you have no way to deal damage back without crits🤷🏼‍♀️
