Hey buddy , I switched and fan still not working but whenever I remove the relay and connect the wire the fans start working but it provides low power , the testing light wire glows very dimmed light is it wiring issue

If the resisters burns out on a Astra '03 but the full on/higher temp setting still works, link, daisy chain, the signal side of relays so the fan comes on at the lower temps. Full speed, but the fix is to eventually replace the fan anyway. One day I may try some diodes to try and stop the engine light coming on when the fan starts up.

He could have taken the relay out, removed the case and replaced it for testing. He's got a relay now with a broken case + unusable. If the fan work's great!! If it doesn't it could be an open circuit from fan to relay. So it would be worth checking voltage at harness socket.
