i just have this problem while i was scrolling. Suddenly the light appear with lot of small line. Follow your tips n problem solved. But when i turn off my phone. and then charge it,the light is still there. Already have the phone for 2 years 4 month

Hello, it just happened to me this morning, it appeared suddenly and I was able to remove it thanks to your video, although as you mentioned it is temporary because sometimes it appears when I touch the lock screen, on Monday I will go to the Samsung service because it still I have it under warranty, I hope they fix it. Within 15 months I face this problem and use samsung many years and face it earlier in different models also....NOW LEAVE SAMSUNG AND DECIDE TO USE GOOGLE PIXEL

I have reached the service center and they are not accepting my mobile for screen replacement because I had a small dent on phone's body.😢 But what the dent has to do with this software isuue

sounds like a firmware bug.

This is the issue I am facing now. Samsung service center said we need to change the screen. I told them that the problem occurred after the software update and many users experienced the same thing. Samsung is wants to users to pay for parts so they can earn money but clearly the fault comes from them. Stupid work for Samsung. Shame on you. You are fooling your users to earn money. Fuck you samsung

S22 ultra users like me were scammed by #samsung. Will never buy a samsung phone again.

Can we file a case in court so samsung will be forced to pay damages or take responsibilities regarding this issue. Happened to me days ago after s software update for July 01, 2024.

Just experienced mine today (July 31, 2024). I guess I have to go back to 60Hz.

It happened to mine I sent it back to Samsung and they sent me a new one it's unfixable the issue is a hardware issue and can't be fixed ,only way to stop this occurring is have your phone on 60 hz and it's got nothing to do with a update cuz I never did one

I had a same problem,with full of hope I've been to samsung center....thank god,they change display and battery with just pay the service charge eventhough my phone warranty already finished more than 2 year...
