After 51 years in business, the beloved Joey's Pancake House is saying good-bye. Owner Brenda O'Keefe and others at Joey's sit down with the Talk of Haywood crew to share why Joey's is so special to so many.
We came through pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and on the way out we ended up going through Maggie valley and pulled over at Joy's pancake House I've had a lot of breakfast in my life but I would have to say it was one of the best I ever had we live in goodlettsville Tennessee will be back that way in the fall and we will definitely have breakfast again
Joey was a wonderful person

It is hard to take someone serious when the first thing I see is all 4 of you with alcohol in hand....Is this a true representation of Maggie Valley/Waynesville/Haywood county? I for one can tell you not everyone cares to see you drink wine on youtube...What has happened to the world? Life does not just consist of getting drunk partying etc? Grow up and learn that you are representing Haywood County...I can see why Maggie Valley/Waynesville/ Haywood county is in such a decline...The older generation kept the area wholesome and kid friendly. Now this area is becoming the next ASHEVILLE..so sad...
