@Rob-e4f they are waterproof, made from polystyrene type material with an outer, about 10mm thick so good insulation. For indoor and outdoor, they can be easily chipped on the edges so care fitting them is needed 👍

The concrete pad should have been lower that the brick courses and doc for insulation purposes - regardless of a mesh of tied bar.

This build is 6.5 x 4 m which is 26m2 and there is plenty of room and no small cues need to be used 👍

@@Kenzothebully We build finished structures the same as this for 11,000 plus electrics fully insulated with sheep wool and green plasterboard on your base and finished in less than a week, no idea where 40 grand labour came from.

No planning permission required for this one, put in search engine… permitted development, that will tell you the requirements, depends on things like do you have a detached property or other and how big your garden is etc 👍

This looks like a “permissible” design which means a structure designed to last a max of 40 years and within certain % dimensions of the original house footprint. If so it doesn’t need actual planning permission..

Yes they can, it’s available all year, we’ve just been there hence the video, not cheap though, sleeps 6, around £1300 for 3 nights 👍
