Up until my early 20's I was extremely healthy, vibrant, and living a dream life in San Diego, California. Things quickly changed for me when I started developing chronic fatigue, chemical sensitivities, and major food sensitivities. I started living an organic and non-GMO lifestyle and became passionate about breathing new life into people through sharing my knowledge on proper nutrition, exercise, and holistic integrative medicine.

I've been researching non toxic makeup options & have a really hard time making a choice when there's a lot of options but I have been seeing good things about 100% pure but watching your video made me more confident in switching to their products! Right now I use the Kelp & Mint Volumizing Shampoo & Conditioner and the Grow More Shampoo by 100% Pure. I also really like Pacifica’s Salty Waves texturizing Shampoo and Conditioner if I’m going to braid my hair (to make it wavy).

I found so many crystals that day! My two favorite were the kunzite and the quartz I found. The one at 7:30 time frame was the biggest and it was a quartz. I also forgot to mention I found a watermelon tourmaline too! 😍🍉

Amethyst is good for 3rd eye, Intuition. Carnelian is a stone that will help you get energy. Selenite too is great for 3rd eye. I love selenite. :)
I love all three of those! I found some of the the most amazing and beautiful amethyst 4 years ago. Deep purple and the clarity was so pure!
