I have from my side my own little theory on the subject, as I love trying to uncover the lore from new perspectives to finds the most logical one. I believe GlitchTrap to be indeed the MicMic's Program, but adknowledging the fact ScrapTrap's rusty Programming Card has been scanned, we can guess well his code has been duplicated into the Help Wanted Game's files, but to not forgot there's William's Remnant on this. The Remnant been present on that card may have given side effect about copying the Program, allowing William into the digital realm. My view on the character is Glichtrap isn't one entity apart from everyone, but MicMic and William been fused into one, been the Entity know and named as GlitchTrap or aswell then Malhare. This could help to explains why the MicMic seems to, well, micmic, Mr. Afton even if he has never know in the past, sharing the same body may have given him aswell the passion to MicMic Afton, by wearing a Bunny Suit if BurnTrap is truly just him with the old decaded suit on. Now people will comments under my comment : "BurnTrap is William Afton, not the MicmIc !" Well I didn't say I was agreeing for that theory. I like to believe BurnTrap is William aswell, but we can still hold up my theory. Have you noticed how both of them raise their arm towards them ? It may loos to be a useless detail, but they both does, as BurnTrap does in the Animated ending, and MicMic in chase walking Animation. MicMic does the exact same then William when chasing right away their pray. I don't believe it to be just a coincidence.
