A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.

I’ve watched this a few times now, but was really confused why we’re supposed to be Jaehaerys. But only now did I finally dig deep enough. I never knew Alicent knew Jaehaerys, much less that she was old enough to attend to Jaehaerys as he was dying, even as just an aide. I just assumed you either got them mixed up, or there was another Alicent, but nope. And *then* I discovered that this is all actually how he died, and that you made it so the video is meta, that he was being read to as he died, etc It added a huge layer of spookiness and awesomeness to this video for me. It’s like watching it brand new again. Thank you so much for the thoughtfulness of that. I already thought this was excellent, but now it’s even better. Maybe it’s a sign I should actually READ Fire and Blood, lol
