The Plagues x El Tango de Roxanne (Prince of Egypt x Moulin Rouge) mashup
I found a version of this on tiktok the other day and found it was perfect to go with a scenarionI had made up for two of my characters... just for the sound to be taken down. so I decided to recreate it so I could download the full mashup T_T
.
.
Songs:
"The Plagues" - The Prince of Egypt
"El Tango de Roxanne" - Moulin Rouge
.
App: Capcut
.
I do not own either individual song, nor the two videos I used in the background (th-cam.com/video/0IMRxMKbZjU/w-d-xo.html ☆ th-cam.com/video/Bcg5rN-jlaw/w-d-xo.html).
However, this version of the mashup was done by me :) I can't remember the @ of the person who I saw do this on tiktok, but if I find out then I'll mention them too

The crossfade is insane😮😮
I see this as the Egyptian Mythology, Christian Mythology (or Religion), and then El tango de Roxanne as Greek Mythology. Super dramatic.
okay but what if it was overture from phantom of the opera that hits at the "GOOO"
the way God's voice (voices) starts from a simmering anger to a burning rage as the song progresses is so genius. actual goosebumps 👏 👌
Ok this is trbl
THIS IS MY CHILDHOOD SHOW AND I STILL WTACH IT. THIS IS SO GOOD HELLO?!
🥺🥺😭😭🙏🙏🙏
This part that gets me in this why does my heart cry
✝️+🇦🇷=😍🥺💔me as roxanne💔🥺😍
I enjoyed it, especially the subtitles 😂

i swear to god this is a master piece my god
This movie is a masterpiece. I love how they portrayed the story. One of my fav Bible stories tbh
Bro, I came from a chaotic Gore Magala edit and I just felt in love with the song...
My head is filled with goosebumps rn holy crap
You should do a mashup of look down and deliver us!
This was perfect
2:09 don't mind this, just for my personal use
Wait what the hell was the pharaoh eating if everybody else had no food and was weak? He was in perfect shape so what the hell was he eating???
Like every ruler,he has more things than anyone else {example for the leader of Nord korea}
@@bearythepanda6590I thought he was eating people for a little bit

THIS SLAMS FRR
This movie scared me as a kid💀
great edit, you deserve more recognition 👍
Use the subtitles it’s funny
Shout out to whoever was responsible for the amazing captions, best captions I ever did see XD

Quite literally ramatra and zenyatta
I feel truly awful for the people of Egypt, not the pharaoh of course but because they were suffering because of their ruler’s actions
I felt somewhat bad for Ramses honestly
frl
Like literally, everyone else suffered BUT NOT HIM 🤬🤬🤬🤬
you don’t know how happy this made me and my sister these two musicals were so important to us as children and these are our favorite songs from each i can’t tell you how full circle this feels. thank you so much for this gem
i love treating bibles like people treat greek mythology and shit like bruh this is just percy jackson but monotheistic let’s make musicals and movies and shit
Honestly the Christians would probably rip it to shreds and scream about how it’s sacrilegious unless it follows the bible to the letter or smth idk
@@firentialombardi7951 As a christian i'd love it to be honest
@@firentialombardi7951shoot we loved this movie and I haven't seen Christians get mad at a movie yet
Ahh, for context I live in a pretty Christian-Dominant town and they’re strict as hell so that might be clouding my view too much when it comes to other Christian folks. Personally, I do love the movie though
As a Christian, I’d find this SO COOL! I just don’t get how people don’t see how entertaining and interesting the Bible is. For context, I ADORE mythology, and love to explore the backgrounds of my religion, and find multiple Bible stories just as interesting as Greek mythology. It makes me sad that some Christians don’t see these opportunities.
It's so majestatic I adore it
I adore it too!!!!

IVE NEVER BEEN THRU THIS KINDES OF CHILLS
That transition into El Tango De Roxanne was smooth 👌
I know!!!!
I love this remix but am I the only one that thinks el romantico Roxanne would go amazing with Wednesday's version of paint it black??
I can prob make that if you want
@pocholowesloe5325 please do!
DAAAAAMN !!!! WHat is this DRIP ? HOLY FUCK THIS IS ACTUALLY HELLFIRE
I get this is from tik tok, but I think this could be better if the ending of the plagues mixed with the end of el tango de roxanne where he goes “ROXANNEEE” and the intense violin plays
Bro I scream it in the shower like i'm calling for help-
@@The_Rolling_Stones28 Honestly same, I’ll be driving and be absolutely fine until this song comes on and all of a sudden I’m an older man who is learning how unfair love can be yearning for my love
@@hexbubblevr I love how you just described the whole movie
yo this sounds like a good idea i think im gonna make this mix happen :)
You’re absolutely right omg
INCREDIBLE !!!!!!!
I like to think the Ewan McGregor part could be something Obi-Wan Kenobi sings to himself or thinks whenever he reminisces about how it was before Anakin turned against the Jedi
THANK YOU FOR COMMENTING THIS
I can totally see it
I can totally see it
I'm not Christian, but holy fuck this movie is amazing
The story of moses was also recorded in muslim stories too i think
I thought you meant Christian as in the character from moulin rouge haha

Handshake Christians and non Christians thinking this movie is Amazing 🤝
This animation style needs to come back
No but i've been searching for THIS MOVIE since i was in THIRD GRADE I'm in college right now, and only thanks to tik tok making an audio with the movie's soundtrack was I able to find it again T^T I loved this movie so fucking much, it's such a beautiful masterpiece that I believe everyone should watch at least once.

Im sorry but gods in the wrong here. He was all this power but devides to kill and torture innocent people to change the mind of one man.
You clearly don't know the scriptures. There's this thing called CONSEQUENCES in life. God literally sent Moses, the Pharohs adopted brother, someone close to him, to ask him MANY times to let his people go. But he didn't listen. The Pharoh hardened his heart and refused to let the Hebrews go. So, God sent the plagues to break his pride since the Pharoh thought HE was untouchable and could do whatever he liked without consequence. Thus, God brought on the consequences as he couldn't convince him nicely, he was forced to use force to free a race of enslaved and tortured people. So no, your assumption is not based on fact.
@@mvstudios4922 Well thats exactly my point. God could have cursed the pharaoh himself any number of ways and left the innocent people of the city alone. God choose to curse a city for one man.... God was in the wrong.
@@franksegui4478 Well it definitely wasn’t one man seeing as multiple pharaohs kept the Jews as slaves and many Egyptians did not fight against this slavery. I see what you mean, but the story of exodus is about God protecting his people. If you want to believe that god cause these problems instead of a reaction in nature.
I think it’s also pretty bad that he allowed this for so long and making the innocent suffer
@@franksegui4478 bold of u to virtue signal God, where does ur morality come from? What right do u have to judge God? Would it had been wrong for God to wipe out the nazis? We’re the Egyptians not part of the slavery of the Jews by ignoring their suffering and benefiting off their slavery?
i love the subtitles U3U
I'm about to cry, I saw this movie when I was first five. It was a part of my childhood and always has a special place in my heart.
