Had a drinking problem also but didn't know it was a problem till my gran explained it to me. Decided to quit in 2019 August after evaluating and seeing that alcohol was taking away my life, my health and the money that I work hard for. Since then have never gone back and yes all the friends that I had then drifted away from me coz the language wasn't the same anymore ... I am happy with my decision thou

Very brave for you to talk about such - still haven't found courage to sit down with people that didn't do me justice growing up. instead just "killed them" in my reality. but still hoping for the courage to sit them down one day so they are aware why i have distanced myself from them. I am loving your channel
