they both sound good but different. i feel like the way the hiwatt was setup with eq in this, it might be be easier to mix with - but my understanding is that you didn’t try and match these with gain, only clean? way less low end on the hiwatt too but again wondering if you were trying to match with gain? lastly, never been a huge fan of hiwatts when palm muting but it actually sounds good in this video! definitely feeling marshal vibes with titan! two great amps is my conclusion 🤷‍♂️

hey chris, so the boost push pull is on/off right, and the bright on volume is a high shelf on/off and the fat on gain is a tightening of the bass, but what is the push pull on the bass knob that is labelled tone shift that you mentioned is the svt killer?

Bias Einstellpotis auf der Rückseite mit LED (Ich vermute Indikatorlicht, sobald alles richtig eingestellt ist?), Übersichtliche Regler, Handgefertigt in Deutschland...aktuell fehlt mir das Kleingeld auch, wenn der Preis mMn. fair ist! Aber ich behalte euch mal im Auge! Abo ist da gelassen! :)

Wie viel Gain will dein Amp haben? JA! Alter Schwede, ohne Mist...riiiichtig gut! Wirkt auf mich auch schön dynamisch und über (fast) alle Gainstufen absolut tight - oder irre ich mich? :) Nie von der Marke gehört...wo kann man die testen, was kostet der Spaß....? :D

Warte, jetzt komme ich glaube ich so langsam hinter die Amps und alles...die JPTR Amps sind von dir gebaut, kann das sein? :D Der Amp an sich klingt auf jedenfall echt fett! :) Wie jetzt schon zweimal kommentiert...Fuzz ist nicht so meins...aber der Amp schiebt echt gut, muss ich sagen! :)

Amp A sounds awesome! B is way too fuzzy for me.

In my opinion, it sounds like a broken Solidstate Drive or a bad Tube, overloaded Transformer or something like that...this surely could come from the Fuzz, I think. For me, it doesn't sound very good, but it's not my setup, it's yours and if you like it, than have fun with it! :) I mean, it's definitely an unique Guitar Sound! :)

Matamp sounds absolutely disgusting and I mean that in a very very positive way. Titan is just a powerhouse, tighter and more versatile. Anyways, I don't have money for any of 'em haha

Give the Titan to the guitarist and the the Matamp to the bassist and just stoner for an hour 🧍‍♂️

It’s crazy how well the Titan takes the muff where the matamp gets kinda mushy. I haven’t tried a proper big muff with my Titan but so far it eats just anything else like a king (hm2, hyperfuzz, fuzz, boost, rat pedals have been tested already). Can’t wait to throw my fav green Russian big muff infront of it🙌🏻
