You've arrived at Dorina's Kitchen Table where we will learn to cook wonderful Italian foods and also learn the basics of the home kitchen! I also share Italian traditions, some of my personal life’s wisdom that I’ve learned growing up in an Italian family business, being married for 30 years AND raising 6 kids and living to tell about it! Haha!!! Especially when the first 5 kids are boys!

An Inside Look at a Cooking Class with my First Group in Italy!
A HUGE thank you to Ana who let us into her home and admire her as she made us a home cooked meal! The group learned so much about the history of food and cooking in Italy, as well as had a blast trying the delicious food! Ana made for us a fava bean puree, that we used to top on bread like a bruschetta, with some grilled onions! (Plus another surprise dish!) It was to DIE FOR!!! Such simple ingredients made a delightful dish. Thats how its done here in Italy!!
I hope you guys enjoy watching this, and definitely try this at home with family and friends around the table.

Sorry, but you seem unprepared, I watch lots of these so I prefer things to go quickly. Soften the butter ahead of time; measure every thing and yes put in to little bowls. Not everyone wants a long drawn out video. Just the facts, ma’am. The ingredients, the amounts, how to do it, how long to bake or chill.

Where can you purchase curd?
You can get curd--- from a local dairy, Italian specialty store or restaurant supply.... Of course you can make your own... you just need good fresh milk and vinegar, lemon juice or citric acid and rennet... You can look that up... i'm not a full blown cheese maker but will be learning that more in Italy this year!
