When the temp leaves the preset and the compressor kicks on, on the display does the temp rise a few degrees during the first minute of operation? Example - Mines set to zero, when it gets to 1degree it kicks on, with the compressor running the temp will climb 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5, 6, 7,8 ,9 for the first 3 min, then come back down To it's zero.
