Funny you put 187 S Westwood Ave aka The Groves at Lindsay. - the apartment they mentioned making it hard to expand is that place. They are sticklers for allowing any kinda antenna or dish. Took them almost 2 years to allow Dish Network as Spectrum at the time had horrible TV & no internet, but now they have good TV & internet. The Groves at Lindsay already provides free internet to every apartment but it's not fast to enough to run youtube, load Facebook or even browse anything. The internet does not even reach 1mbps down only 0.87kbps through a ADSL+ You have to buy through slow Frontier or Fast Spectrum. The large white Ubiquiti dish on the roof is a low income program that uses a 3rd party internet from Unwired Broadband. The Groves at Lindsay has very strict rules to not allow anything on building from antennas dishes cameras cables that are not authorized through them. I feel really bad for my grandmother but it's all she can afford with their super responsible low income solutions. The groves at Lindsay is a Senior & Disability low income apartment. You will be lucky to see any kids from 1st to 12th grade who needs internet. So either they can provide internet free to the complex or this mention was no more then them want to expand their signal only knowing now no kids live here unless they are adults or toddlers.
