This webinar will present the results of a recent Aimed Alliance survey designed to explore how menopause-related symptoms impact women’s professional lives, how midlife health needs differ for men and women, and the extent to which organizations support their employees through health insurance and workplace accommodations.
Through an in-depth review of key survey questions, including the perceived career-related impacts of menopause, the professional appropriateness of discussing health in the workplace, and the coverage gaps in employee health benefits, this session will highlight how perceptions around aging in men and women may influence health care decisions.
