So let me get this straight, they can't see him, he leaves no trace, always on the move apart from the one time he stopped, there tech can't trace him, his like a ghost. so why do they keep closing in on him? they can't find him, even with all there tech. Yes the flares might have helped but he was in the shadows of the jungle using it to his advantage. so still invisible to them. yet time and time again they get close to him, that doesn't make sense. 25 minutes in and they got that close to him at least 5 times, but he manages to escape. nice try had the bones of a good story until we got the rinse and repeat part that trying to drag the story out, 47 minutes! come on.
