The “therapist” chosen for this and the writing that they gave her was awful. Absolutely atrocious. Bucky is in a position not one person has ever been in. He was in one fight after another for 90 years. Constantly brainwashed, waking up in a new decade every time they bring him out. He gets some peace, then Zemo frames him and he’s on the run. Loses his arm fighting for his life, then goes to Wakanda to finally get his peace and calm. BP brings him to another fight, he gets dusted, then he wakes up to another fight. There’s no one, especially this lady, equipped to help him. Steve would have been the only one to help him, but Steve (while being well deserved) chose his own peace over Bucky. Bucky was abandoned and watched his old best friend that he used to save, give his shield to a new friend. This new friend gave that shield and all it represented away to a government. A place that Bucky knew couldn’t be trusted. Now Sam is always on his case “to do the work” and “be better.” Sam is giant douche when it comes to Bucky. The least this therapist could do is show compassion. In the first episode she scolds him for being a loser and not talking to anyone. Absolutely horrible writing in this show. They should have each had their respected shows.

A government shrink that you shouod trust not to tell her bosses you're most intimate thoughts? The same government that in a blink of an eye goes for power and wealth.😅 She could be hydra or self seeking. They want him back out there killing our enemies and if they could he wouod be a mindless killer again but in a righteous cause lol. Money or real-estate.

People always say that the line Bucky said "He was wrong about me" is the worst but to me, Its the part where Sam says after they are done they go on long vacations and NEVER see each other again. *Bucky literally had tears in his eyes* like *he knew* He wasnt worth Sams time just like he wasnt *worth* Steves time anymore after Cap went back to Peggy.

Bucky : Steve gave you the shield, why did you give it away? Sam : because i gave it away. This story would have worked better if they took the shield from Sam. Instead he just willingly gives up something one of his best friends gave to him as he stepped down.
