Problem in roots, apply fungicides in roots

Neem oil spray: Mix 1 tablespoon of neem oil with 1 liter of water and a few drops of mild liquid soap. Spray the solution thoroughly on the leaves and stems of the plant, paying particular attention to the undersides of the leaves where mealybugs tend to congregate. Repeat every 7-10 days until the mealybugs are gone. Isopropyl alcohol: Dab a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol and then dab it on the mealybugs to kill them. Be careful not to get too much alcohol on the leaves, as it can damage them.

उसके कयी कारण हो सकते हैं, कृपया चेक करे की कही कोई कीड या फंगल इन्फेकशन तो नही हुआ हैं या फिर जड में तो कोई प्रॉब्लेम नही?? उसके अनुसार उपाय करना होगा

एक बार vermi compost का प्रयोग करके देख लिजिए

Need to see photo for anylisis Please check either it is Mealy bug infestation..... If it is mealy bug then use imedacloprid 2 ml per 1 lit. of water + 2 gm. Carbendizim per lit of water (mix in one solution only) and spray on tree but before spraying if possible wash the tree with water pressure to remove soft body insect. Repeat the dose after 3-5 days as per intensity of infestation

पहिले रूट चेक किजीये अगर roots सडे हुये नही हैं तो उसको बाविस्टीन या फिर कोनसा भी systemic fungicide 1gm per lit मिक्स करके जडो में डाल दीजिये
