@@FatimasCloset Hello.👋 It's been almost 4 years since we bought our SMEG. We haven't experienced any issues. Is it worth it? If you're just interested in making good coffee (and probably a better milk steamer), there are other brands that are way better. If you want the aesthetic old school look, SMEG doesn't disappoint with that. If you want the same functionality but more affordable, I believe De'Longhi has a cheaper espresso machine with very similar features. So it really depends on what you want from an espresso machine. 😊

Hello. Thank you so much for subscribing. Medyo matagal yung home loan approval namin kasi it was during the pandemic and I wasn't employed during that time. Tapos 5% lang original downpayment namin. Eventually got approved pero the condition was for me to pay at least 25% kasi nasa 70% lang ng TCP yung na-approve sa loan.

Sa akin naman 20% dp yung kinuha ko na 24 months to pay- naka 15% paid na ko then just last month they asked me to submit all bank loan requirements. I haven’t heard from them yet. Nervous na excited. if hindi ma approve sayang yung 1M na dp namin. Sana ma approvan. Actually, we saw your house during our site visit, kasama ko husband ko and my 3 grown kids. Parang 3 houses pa lang nakita namin during that time (2022)

I-aassist naman po kayo ng developers or pwede rin po kayo mag apply ng loan po on your own. Nakasalalay naman po usually sa bank or credit institution na aapply-an niyo and sa documents po na ipapasa. Yung samin po nag adjust yung developer para lang ma-approve po kami sa loan. Kasi more than 3 months na nun and wala pang nagaapprove samin.

Kayang kaya naman po. We checked out from Lucia's at 12nn. Travelled to Yoki's for about an hour. Stayed at the parking for about another hour kasi nag nap yung kids. Then mga 2pm to 4pm yung tour namin. Pinili namin yung may animal encounter. 800 per head siya.

Hello po. Around 30-40 mins po yung trip namin. Feeling ko malapit lang po yun kaso ang daming liko sa maliliit na roads hehe. Kaya nasa 30-40kph na yata max speed namin.
