Found it lol. If anyone gets stuck on how to remove the tube on the newer models you need to press the white part down evenly and then pull tube out. Great video thanks so much you really are a lifesaver 😊

Saved my day. Thank you !!!!!! Was in a middle of important print and after next check on printer saw that it's not printing for few hours. Almost shit my pants when i realized that the problem is in the extruder block. However ! As I am also doing this kind of videos to save my brothers arround the globe i thought that maybe outthere somebody already solved this ot at least can guide me to next steps. How come everyone was able to pull off the white tube with no issues? I still cant pull off the white tubing from the silver casing?

How do you move the tube out it doesn't look like there is a way to do it without breaking the entire thing. You kinda skipped that bit?

I cannot get my extruder to pull apart (piece housing the gears). Terrified to break it by forcing too hard.

Hey, i have a trouble extruding TPU 85A, the head is "ticking" when printing and filament is not extruding. I think it's a problem of too much force of the rollers on filament. Is it possible to release a spring a little?

Printed the same file flawlessly ~30x in the same 95A TPU, then it started jamming every other print or so out of the blue. The filament breaks off inside and I have to take it apart all the time. I've replaced nozzles, making sure there is plenty of thermal paste applied. I'm printing with the lid off. It's killing me

just wanted to thank you for this and also add a comment that one of the gears on my motor had a teeth missing, which probably is the cause of the jamming so pay attention to that on yours

Man, I just wanna say THANK YOU SO MUCH! After only two days I noticed that "tic" coming from the extruder and no filament coming out. Your tutorial just saved me.

Thank you for sharing. 2nd day and had a jam. Also the comment mentioning keeping the lid off as it overheats the extruder.

Nice one, i was about to pull the entire extruder apart saved me loads of time

Very useful - I think it's a bit of a design flaw that the release mechanism on the top doesnt expand the gears a bit further to release mangled PLA - but this worked to resolve the issue. After unscrewing from the motor, I was actually able to get away without opening up the unit fully by twisting the PLA in circles along it's axis and pulling from each side.
