And don't eat anything, don't snack with crumbs, fact don't have a kitchen, don't drink anything, don't have pets, don't have kids, don't spill anything, don't wear any clothes with threads or fluff, don't get ill, don't have hair. Do all these things outside and leave your shoes and clothes at the door! 👍🏼 Also sleep here to avoid making any mess in the home.
This is so nicely explained! Thanks for sharing your in depth knowledge. It would be nice to have recommendations for homes with a lingering dog smell. What do you think might help with this?
I'm so glad you loved it! Since I don't have pets myself, I haven't had firsthand experience with pet odor removal. However, I recommend trying zeolite rocks and activated charcoal, as they tend to be more effective than baking soda. For embedded odors in upholstery or a dog bed, a steam cleaner can work great. I hope these methods will help!
Thank you for your great ideas. I'm trying this tomorrow. Great explaining so appreciate this. Merry Christmas.
Thank you! You too! And happy holidays! :)
Very interesting, informative and well researched, thank you. The sound was a bit quiet, even with my computer levels at the highest.
Great information! Thank you for the pros and cons. Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Is that the Kmart mop and bucket set? It looks really good, but it's sold out everywhere in my city
Yes, I bought it from Kmart. :) Also saw it a few years ago in Mitre10. I can see The Warehouse has it now. You can also find them in Temu and Dick Smith.
@@eco-smart-living thank you!
This is an excellent channel - thank you!
Glad you enjoy it! Let me know if you have any questions or if there’s something you’d like me to dive deeper into. :)
omg thank you any advice in cleaning a office chair??
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! To answer your question, it would help to know what material your chair is made of-fabric, mesh, polyester, or leather? Do you have a specific stain you're trying to remove? If so, knowing the type of stain would be helpful. I will think about making a video about cleaning chairs in the future-thank you for the idea!
@@eco-smart-living My chair is made of mesh and a faux leather, i've always struggled cleaning it and i have stains from previous tries?? it's so hard to clean for no reason!!
You live in a home not a hospital, you don't need a glove for each part of your house, neither you need to sanitize all the surfaces. It's actually bad for your immune system to live in a sanitized environment, it makes you more sensitive to infections.
It may not be for sanitary reasons. I am Autistic and I wear gloves when cleaning because I don’t like the sensory experience of touching wet sponges, dirty dishes, and other cleaning related sensations.
Gloves serve various purposes when cleaning, not just a shield againts germs and bacteria. They protect your skin from irritation and potential damage-even with non-toxic, natural cleaners. Regular exposure, along with the use of hot water, can lead to rough, dry skin and damage to nails and cuticles. Wearing gloves helps maintain softer hands and protects manicures. They also prevent direct contact with wet or dirty surfaces (which some people may find unpleasant), improve grip on slippery objects, and allow the use of very hot water to enhance cleaning efficiency. While white vinegar isn’t harsh on your skin, it can be drying over time, particularly for those with sensitive skin. For certain tasks or extended cleaning sessions, I prefer wearing gloves to prevent dryness and protect my hands. However, for most jobs, I often go without gloves. It’s really a personal choice-some people find gloves essential, while others may not need them.
I am going to try your S pattern for windows. Also, I will try breaking down the cleaning tasks over the week. Right now, I do everything on Saturday, and it is the dreaded chore day that takes all day.
Your focus on sustainability is what drew me in-thank you for showing that cleaning can be eco-friendly!
Natural cleaning seemed overwhelming until I found your videos. Thanks for breaking it down!
I’ve been looking for a channel with natural cleaning tutorials, and this is exactly what I needed. Thank you!
Finally, someone broke down how white vinegar works as a cleaning product! I’d heard it’s great but never knew why-this just makes so much sense now.
Like your content. Well done!
I'm so glad to hear you’re enjoying my videos! Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions or if there’s something you’d like me to dive deeper into. Your feedback means a lot! :)
@@eco-smart-living I live in Europe and I have a septic system so knowing products you suggest are septic friendly would be a boost though I'm sure very few of your subscribers are on the same system. Thank you so much for replying.
