Hi I loved ur video , I bought a Juki ddl 8700 but hardly used it as I need a 1/4 inch seam for quilting, do u think the present foot is 1/4 inch or close to 1/4 inch, if not wer can I buy it? Plus my bobbin winder was jammed so I bought a new one from amazon it wasn’t the same but my daughter managed to install it for me but even this has started to cause problems, can u please tell me wer I can buy a original part from, I live in London many thanks 🙏🏼 eagerly waiting for ur response
Very informative! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much you are such a good teacher I just got mine and it's yamata
I still need more from you my machine is gathering the fabric help me yamata fy 8700
Hi, I just got my machine and my bottom stitches aren’t looking like the top stitches
Okay…. I just want to say that this explanation was EVERYTHING I was looking for. You’ve answered questions that I didn’t know I had yet. I was having trouble with the thread tension and it was because I missed the very first step in the threading process AND doing a step out of order. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

I come back to this every time because I don’t use my machine often and every time I think what a great machine I have after following your detailed instructions!
I have 40 years of sewing experience, I have never seen such a garbage sewing machine in my life, and please check that it is not made in China, which has many problems, and the table is non-standard, small, and not sturdy.
Thks a lot ❤😊
Thank you Ma'am . Very clear explan. 💙💙💙
Can you sew heavy denim on a mo 3616 ?
Your videos should be short next time The talking was toomuch .. So far you've done well 👏
Thanks you very clearly
A video on winding a bobbin, without winding the bobbin. There are so many reasons for why we want to see the whole operation, and my reason was n o t met. Your video is still here.. the pink thread too?
A few things to add: Do not wind thread over thread. Put the bobbin on the spool pin and pull the thread off the bobbin in no time. Also do not let the thread that is outside of the bobbin go into the bobbin as it winds. Stop when it has wound for a few turns and clip the thread off. This is just good practice to get into when learning to sew as it will take care of a few problems in the future.
i tried using it but didnt know the bobbin was supposed to click into place! thanks for the video!
I would love to take one of your online classes. How to get in touch with you thanks for sharing your video ❤️
If you have other online classes I would take them! You’re the best teacher I have seen on TH-cam!
Perfect vedio thank u so much
Just got a Juki ddl 8700 and start testing it and all of a sudden the take up lever is stuck down and I can't bring it up. Is there anything you could pls suggest that I do? Tried to engage the clutch and that didn't work
Do the sewing needle need to be thread to have thread into it while the bobbin is being wind with thread.?
Can I use that presser foot on a Juki ddl-555?
You are such an amazing teacher 👍🏾
I have a MO3700 series juki MO3716
Am having problem with my machine breaking thread she uses5 thread number 5 I don’t use it the thread comes out working with 1 needle can you help
Extremely helpful! What’s the title of the 4th edition sewing book you referred to in the video?
I was taught when threading that the take up lever should be at the top and to lift the presser foot when passing the thread into the tension disks. Lifting the foot opens the disks to ensure the thread is seated properly.
Wow…. Thank you so so much 🩵🌸
Sorry, forgot to mention my machine is Tysew 1100DD Jenny
I'm having a problem with threading my machine, and bobbin which do not match the machine exactly that you are using on your video. The video is very good but as my machine is slightly different, I can't work out how to do mine. The thread keeps snapping, so something is obviously wrong, and the needle keeps hitting the spool case. HELP please
Very best tutorial ive ever watched
You are an amazing sewing teacher, you go into such detail, thank you.
I also just found this Tutorial, thank you 👍 so easy to follow, again why does it not have thousands of likes

Hello I have a question how do you thread this machine ?
I have a ddl-8700H. Do I need a thread guide?
Thank you so much for this wonderful presented video. I got a second hand Swift GC5550 and no user manual. I have no idea what I am doing but your video help me to thread the machine and out the needle in correctly. I am still trying to control the speed, it goes way to fast for me at this stage. My question please my top thread keep on breaking after just a few stitches, Can you please help me to get this right? And how do I control the speed so it doesn't go so fast please? Thanks in advance. Nicolene from South Africa
❤❤❤❤❤❤ wonderful guide.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you my dear 😘
Idk about your machine but I had to wrap the thread underneath the bobbin and hold it. I tried it the way you said and it wasn't spinning, it was counterproductive instead....
Lovely lady good lesson 😌
I have a very similar industrial juki i just got it and one problem im having is the stitch looks fine on the top yet on the bottom it looks crazy and loopy, what is the problem? it is the same thread on the bobbin and on the spool
Great video I smash the screen because I was so focused on listening I thought the arrow in the screen was a 🪰
Yo no hablo inglés pero es el mejor explicación que encontré muchas gracias 🥰
That was great thanks❤
