Whats the purpose of filling the hot tub up this way? What happens if you don't do this?
Hi Scott! We suggest to fill it up through the filter compartment in order to avoid airlocks in the plumbing. This way you are filling the plumbing up first to avoid air getting trapped.
Thanks for the video. Why is Bullfrog using Chlorine and not Bromine in the Frogease?

Why is there elevator music covering the installers voice?
The audio on the video came out muttered. So you sadly can't understand him. That is why we decided to put music instead. We are hoping to put another video out soon with proper audio.

It is a total Pain to try and line up the front panel
It definitely takes some practice. If you ever want us to show you some tricks on how to line it up easy, feel free to stop by any of our stores and we can show you just how easy it can actually be!

Just got a x7. Yeah that is a shitty design. Broke the plastic tube on mine in the 1st week trying to get it on.

We've had our spa a year now and the few times we've had to take the front panel off it has been the biggest pain to get it back on. Lining it up is easy but getting it to clip? Awful. It does NOT clip as easily as they show it in this video.My husband just broke our front panel (put a hole in it!) trying to clip it back on after our spring draining. I love my spa but that design is horrible.
