Minox 8x11 Film Developing Reel for Paterson/Jobo/Stainless Steel tanks
Highlighting the features and use of my 8x11 (Minox) film development reel for use in Paterson, Jobo, or Stainless Steel system development tanks.
This design introduces two new features that standout from my other versions. There are now two available methods for loading your film. First is the push-feed loading method, and is my personal preference. The second is the more conventional twist-loading method that is used with standard Jobo and Paterson reels. To support both methods, there is also a new "push-feed" locking stopper, so the reel doesn't twist unnecessarily when using that method. To use the twist-load method, simply twist past the push-feed lock
This (and a Jobo and Stainless Steel versions) will be available on both my Etsy shop (for those that don't want to, or can't, print it themselves), and my Printables.com profile (for those who would like to print one. If you do print one, please consider posting a "make" to the model, so others can see how well it printed!)

I owe some big thanks to Darrell Rossman, for being the most recent person to request that I design the reel (and cleverly incentivizing me to do it. Putting my skin in the game). Also huge thanks to Blue Moon Cameras, for sending me a dead roll to measure and do fit testing with (and a couple bonus good rolls too!)

APS Canister Tools: A 30 second tutorial
มุมมอง 5912 ปีที่แล้ว
A quick tutorial on how the APS Canister Tools, found here ( etsy.me/3Nh83Fc ), have been designed to help you open, unspool, and close the unusual APS film canister so you can home develop. These tools were designed to accompany the APS film development reels that I've designed and offer on Etsy for both Paterson System 4 and Jobo 15xx tanks (or any of their clones).

TARDIS in room 515!
มุมมอง 11210 ปีที่แล้ว
Guess what popped in for a mini-visit tonight? Thank you #HotelSalomar for being interesting enough to warrant yet another important guest! OKAY, the the REAL reason that this video is interesting is that the whooshing sound here is the actual sound of the hotel room's toilet flushing. No kidding. That's the un-edited, unadulterated sound it makes. Sounded like the T.A.R.D.I.S. to me. :)

Very cool. I can imagine using this to split rolls in half--I'd have to experiment a little to find out how many turns to make for 18 frames to pass by. To overly complicate things, a little sprocket wheel with eight bumps and a visible pointer on its shaft end could make it easy to track how many frames have gone by. Of course that would be useful for splitting rolls, but not very helpful for the original goal of transferring whole rolls.
just purchased this from your etsy shop ... cant wait for it to arrive. have you considered 3d printing the minox film cassette to sell on your etsy shop too? thanks again for offering this on your etsy shop. cheers, the Rabbit. =:3
Why that's the skeleton from the beginning of Scooby Doo meets the boo Brothers.
I just purchased two of these from your Etsy shop and received them today. Now, I'm no expert on 3d printing but of the 3d printed items I've seen these reels are top quality! Much better than most other 3d prints I've seen. I was very impressed when I unpacked them. As you had mentioned in your enclosed sheet, I did have to sand the inside of the hole to fit the center post of my new Paterson tanks but this literally took me about 30 seconds and they're perfect. I haven't shot any Minox film in about 20 years but decided to get back into it. Already practiced loading with some old film and it's easy to do. These are a great option for someone who doesn't own, or doesn't want to spend major $$$ for a vintage Minox daylight tank. Excellent work!
can I buy this?
you bet you can! (sorry for the late response, I'm not notified when comments are made) You can get them either via my Etsy shop, or by emailing me through my YT channel filmstufflab.etsy.com

VOXONE
This gave me a stroke.
Graff is illegal, that is a fundamental aspect of what ‘it’ is, although of course this depends on what your definition d
If it costs money to clean it up, then don't clean it up, haha it's so obvious
My graffiti name is Fox your welcome vandals
The way how the news explain it just makes me die if cringe
Is that a vox one tag in the back?
Taging isnt art but actually portraits likr the ones banksy does. Is art
Fuck Banksy😂 that shit aint arttt
Kyyyyle agreed to talk to us
Scooby's head
This kid thinks that he knows what he’s talking about but he doesn’t have a clue, complete toy, graffiti has its place and it’s not where he thinks it should be. This is the kind of moron who tags a personal vehicle or a house, there’s a time and place for everything and that applies to graffiti too.
Graffiti is a crime not an art, thats how it started and thats how it is. It's not our fault pussys started to get all righteous about it and only tag in "respectful" places
That’s Gkae lol
Anyone wanna play questions with me?
Do you mean in this comments section?
Would it be better if we did this on some unrelated video?
Tagging murders so many people each year it’s so dangerous please stop 😞
stop crying like bitches we don't care how much u got to pay or who gots to clean it up....fuck that I want to rite on everything
+how the hell did i got here?
It's funny how slang words get misunderstood by the mainstream, and before you know it, 99% of people are using those words in the wrong way. Like how the media insist on calling full-colour pieces "tags". Here in the UK, the word "Hoodie" has somehow come to mean an out-of-control youth, who regularly wears a hooded top, rather than just a hooded top.
2:35 that toys thow hurts my eyes
JenzVidz I wanna BURN IT
It’s 2018 was “Kyle” caught

f uck it it's fame.chumps
graffiti is being creative and adding life and a meaning to a empty wall. so fuck the ppl who views it as a crime lol
TAGGG
Don't tag on small businesses they can't afford the clean up most of the time. Don't tag on churches or any religious buildings. Don't tag on schools. Don't tag on cars especially ordinary people's cars or private vans. Don't tag on houses, mailboxes or in neighborhoods in general. Anyone who doesn't follow at least 4 of these rules (small businesses) is a toy who doesn't respect the art of graff, and it rules.
Tyler Davis I agree
Tyler Davis Bitch graffiti ain't got no rules
Roko Poduje Yeah it does toy.
"Graffiti aint got no rules" Oh wow.. All of the things written above are "hidden rules" in the culture but each of the rules are up to the writer if they want to follow it, some will cross you out or beat you up for painting on churches or a privately owned car, I could name a couple more rules. 1. If you paint fames you don't go over a piece if you can't do better than that piece already standing 2. You don't paint a yard without permission from the crew holding that yard down. Better learn the rules before you get into some shit kid.
