Aeromart
Each year at AirVenture Oshkosh approximately 21,000 people visit the Aeromart sales tent to shop through the almost 6,000 items that are consigned by over 300 different vendors. Those vendors are EAA members with unused or extra aviation related parts and tools who turn them into extra money, while possibly helping others to complete their projects.

    Sitecore must have updated their software since this video was made. I was unable to find an INSERT button for inserting the sitecore link to my media. I had to press ENTER on my keyboard for it to work.

    Awesome video. Just about to get me A36 back with a new interior…and a pair of G3X, GTN750, GFC500…..is there a Garmin network of instructors (Dallas area) to get me comfortable IFR (tried a G1000 school….not the same) ? Also, in approach mode for an ILS/GPS you set the alt pre select for the missed….but did not see the step downs before the FAF/ glide slope…does the GFC do them….or do you do this after the final step down inbound to the FAF?

    Using an orange highlighter for night flights works. Oddly, it will look a bit dark like a pencil color but easier to see since its wider.

    The information was great however after about 20 min into the program I started tuning into your um word whisker and um it started to overtake um the information um and then I had to stop watching um because I was only listening um to your word um whisker, there is no doubt um that you know your stuff um but to be a better um public speaker um you need to loose the um word whisker. Just giving some counsel that could make your presentation so much better .

    Excellent job....well done. Thank you. Just finishing up an RV-10 w 3 G3Xs and the GTN 650. As a 32 year airline pilot about to retire, I’m blown away by what this system can do. Just fired up the panel this week....now to figure out how load the current software.

    There is an exception in part 91.109 concerning using an aircraft with single functioning throw-over controls including using a aircraft so equipped for a flight review. See 91.109 para. a and para. b

    Not a very good video presenter. He’s using a computer with mouse. “Clicks” on thing without announcing before where he’s going, so a different view just appears. Also, no need for the extraneous info, such as “ we have 10 suppliers”... Use an iPad, just like we are doing in the plane. Don’t click, touch.

    Record number of "Ahhhhhh's" and "Ummmmmm's." Display a large map with print so blurred no one knows what and where you're talking about. Leaving out some of the most important info and dwelling on the obvious. I listened for 56 minutes and couldn't take anymore. Bye!

    The video shares more wisdom than information. Looking at the charts, it's no wonder why there are so many problems. The FAA severally overestimates just how much information someone can take in in a given moment. The FAA should create maps the prioritize information. For instance: it shouldn't matter why a restricted airspace is restricted--only that it's restricted. Only your legal counsel or next of kin needs to know which military route you crossed and should not have.

    Very nice presentation...I was surprised that nothing was said regarding VOR navigation/VOR tuning. I was looking at the panel to see where my Nav Freq's would be displayed but didn't see them?

    Just a little after 45:00.. "um yellow, because that's what it looks like at night?" What? First off this is a VFR chart (day chart) and secondly, those yellow silhouettes depicts densely populated areas... just fyi.
