Hi 👋 I still listen to mtgs bc I want to be in the know of updates and such. Today's watchtower was just basically telling ones not to listen to any outside influences. The gb is obviously aware of what's happening with one's waking up to things! 🙄 The watchtower... if your eyes and ears are actually open... you can see and hear just how backward it was! 🤷‍♀️ I'm still educating myself to see the truth... not just what some men tell me! 😒

I've had my own questioning and back in 1975 I seen my father stand steadfast when the elders had told him he MUST sell our large grain farm for the end is here! My father said "No, how shall I feed my family!" What I really disliked over the years is of the many times the "END was HERE!" and of the dates and calculations spoken of such as the banding of the tree and whatnot and no statement of apology when such did not come to be. Okay, BUT, I truly believe anxious anticipation was upon the people, do I hold them in disregard for such, no I do not, they are just human and advised by an imperfect, though best intent governing body, EVEN if stating to be directed by Jehovah. What has gotten me again more drawn in is not of what of late has been preached, but instead the world events unfolding, the horrific intense fires and devasting flooding occurring on a daily basis ... BUT, very importantly the uprising of Russia and its allies coming to light .... yes, the King of the North, (Russia and allies) and the King of the South (US and allies) are staring one another down and it appears conflict is inevitable. Now, is this just simply by chance, OR as foretold, it truly is the unfolding of prophecy! You know, just a handful of months prior to COVID, I had come out of the grocery store with a big cart of groceries and thinking that prices sure were not terribly bad at all and the world in general in a decent good place that I could NOT foresee any possibility of Armageddon for 30 years .... oh, my gosh, how things changed in just a few years! The organization is not perfect, but God's word is and we are truly on the cusp of there being no doubt of bible prophecy!

Hello Paul and Joy. I hope you are both doing very well. I am pleased to let you know that my 86-year-old father has woken up. I don’t know what his next steps are and I don’t even know if he knows what his next steps are. I feel very sad for him having been baptized since 1970.

Wow! I wished I had seen this video years ago! How I finally got awakened: Many MARRIED ELDERS and Ministerial Servants in my town were beyond whoreish and HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE with women IN and OUT of the organization. And, if a wife went to the ELDERS about it she was told to sit down and shut up. He's chosen by Jehovah for some reason. If Jehovah needs to discipline him, HE will. Watchtower do nothing for anyone. Then they expect members to donate their whole life to the Organisation. This is spiritual prison. I thought about the Religion years ago but there were so many red flags that Im glad I never got involved. One thing about JW's was how negative they were about everything and then there was never anything positive except how good Watchtower and its members were. It is a massive con and a Doomsday Cult. Always going on about the end and everyone being destroyed. I think that now that everyone can see the Governing Body members and know what they really think the Watchtower is doomed. They are failures with the damaging talks and videos they make. I hope the Governments of the world continue to investigate the Organisation and shut it down world wide.

You can guarantee the 5.4 million dollars has gone direct to the world headquarters in the USA. Watchtower has been doing it all over the world. In the UK they owned some very expensive real estate, town houses and a large manor house somewhere in England. That sale was taken out of local hands and the money would have gone to the USA. Kim and Mikey have a few videos of all the real estate that has been sold in the USA and some in other countries and the total that they tallied up was astronomical. Watchtower are thieves from the rank and file and people like yourselves who basically worked for the Organisation for years and Watchtower made a fortune all tax free. Organised crime have got nothing on the way Watchtower operate and they get away with it because they are a Religion and get Charity exemption and funding from the Governments of the world. Stephen Lett has property. He has a real estate portfolio with his brother and I think his family are into real estate also. He is a rich man. So much for the vow of poverty the Governing Body and Bethelites are supposed to live by.

Problem with other forms of donations. They know who donates. With cash, no one knows but God. It is more discreet. Right now, I don't donate. I am not getting my money's worth.

Hi Paul, the same goes for hair, tight pants and any number of styles an "individual" wishes to adopt. I lost myself in this cult for nigh on twenty years. I now have hair well beyond my collar, actually I don't normally do collars since gaining my freedom. Every time I think about getting a haircut, I have a little moment where I think "someone might see me and think I'm going back. I am a happy GOSO Got out, stayed out. Do you still have your bikes ? When I was brought up with the teaching that as the anointed was passing away, Armageddon was closer. Just a few years ago, that number was 8,000 and some. Now this year that amount is over 18,000? Hearing that confused me. I'm cautious to ask because I may be questioning the organization. 🤔 It's the feeling that you accept what is said, or you might be thinking independently. 🤷‍♀️

I was raised in this religion. I felt like I didn't belong anywhere. Couldn't associate with the people at school, they were 'bad associates '. I didn't fit in at the Kingdom Hall either. I was baptized at 16. Tried to pioneer several times. It was never enough. I removed myself in 2018. Made new friends. Not everyone is bad. I discovered much more when I distanced myself. The further away, the clearer the picture. Very few even noticed I'm gone. I'm 52 now, and feel like I'm beginning to live and be free. I've never stopped loving Jehovah. He's been with me every since, and knows my heart. That's what matters to me.

Interesting channel. I've been through all of that and more! Guilt, shame and fear was how I was raised in this arena. No matter what I did, it was never enough. I choose a baptized 'brother' and we never had a minute alone to talk. Because you know, we are so sinful and the urges will override your power of reason and you will sin. I felt sorry for the chaperones, it was like your every move is accounted for. When my husband at the time, didn't attend meetings, somehow it was my fault, and I needed to be the example. Wait, what? Shouldn't he be taking the lead? I could go on for hours about how this guilt, shame and fear molded me. Four years ago, I decided to not go back. To realize that I'm a very good and nice person is so freeing and I don't have to feel so unworthy.

It never occurs to an indoctrinated member of the religion that when they are going door to door and start having bible studies that when they are telling the potential new person they should listen to them and be meek that the meekness ends after joining. They are told to not listen to a strange voice. They go around in their pride for having their truth and try and dominate any conversation they begin with someone. Pride and arrogance while recruiting and beat down and submissive to the organization. Nobody reads the old testament and asks the question, does this Jehovah deserve love and worship? I think it says more about those that say yes to that question than the bible really says about our creator. Who would want to spend any time with the monster death God let alone worship him?
