Hi I’m Four,
Thanks for stopping by. I’m a young man that has been through an extremely large amount of hardships and has made it out the other side.
I had to hit rock bottom numerous times to realize that most my problems were of my own making. Once I got honest and took responsibility for my life, stopped complaining, got sober, and decided to try a new way of living, things started to change for the better. I’ve decided to document my fitness/recovery journey. I dedicate this channel to all the friends I’ve lost, and to anyone struggling in their lives no matter what that may look like.
Please know that there is always hope no matter how lost or hopeless you feel. Absolutely ANYONE can change and I hope this channel may eventually convey that fact. Peace and love to ALL! Feel free to reach out to me on IG!

Smh so messed up. Her doing this TH-cam thing was only for her.. such a shame.. when so many people suffer from addiction and homelessness.. I noticed how when she was with Four she read her devotional and prayed... Afterwards she didn't even mention the name of God.. not once have I heard her thank the Lord for what He! Has brought her thru... Its nothing that we can or will ever do that will be good enough... We are not the reason for our blessings.. our obedience of course allows the Lord to work thru us, but taking the credit where it is due to the Lord Jesus , is just beyond crazy.. and sad.. just goes to show . How many people on her have sent her stuff when she was in the streets... Smh I don't know man.. some people are just who they are is all...
