Yessss!!! You said it so clearly! This is what we need, to remind ourselves who we are in Christ and that this is our identity, and NOT what the world tells us is the truth (when that’s actually deception that we’ve put on and then believed). Jesus didn’t come to condemn us and then keep us in a place of condemnation- he came to set us FREE! His love is all we need, and who we become when we see ourselves just as God sees us- as his PERFECT beautiful son who is not defined by our past or by our mistakes. We can walk our lives out just as Jesus did and freely accept that invitation that he gave to ALL people, not just a select group. He wants none of us to perish, which is why he came for us all. We now have to just receive that invitation to walk with him, hand in hand. We need to see ourselves as his son and daughter- THAT is who we are. His grace and mercy is all sufficient, it’s absolutely enough! We don’t have to try and do anything of our own accord, but only to receive his love and cloth ourselves in his perfect righteousness. I encourage us to see ourselves in that same way that our Father see his son Jesus- PERFECT, RESTORED , MADE NEW, and REDEEMED! ❤️
