This test is inconclusive. 1st off, you need to do a round trip so you can not only refuel with the same fuel pump, but also account for elevation changes and wind on that trip. Doing a one way fill up wont ever give you accurate results as you could have a head wind in one direction, fill up, and a tail wind going in the other way.

You proved your concept. Now make it professional. Make it pretty. Properly record your pre and post mileage. As has been mentioned this is an electrolysis system not a fuel cell. Change that or people will criticize you. How will you keep it from running dry? How long before the electrolyte tank is empty? Good job:)

You must tune your ECM to use these otherwise you might get quite a surprise when vehicle starts costing more $$$ to fill up. O2 sensors play a huge role in your vehicle. While making the vehicle more "efficient" by burning all the fuel in the combustion chamber sounds great, its not how the engine was designed to run (unfortunately) meaning your O2 sensor may think your engine is running lean triggering adjustments to the air/fuel ratio and thus dumping MORE fuel through the injectors into the engine. Net result, more fuel used. Everyone forgets in order to save on fuel, there must be less fuel pumped into the engine. Only the ECM programming can change that.

Years ago in built on of these only 3 times bigger, and i drive a ford explorer, it worked great, on highway it would get 30% more mileage, and in city i would get 20% more mileage, it was worth building and putting in, i do have advice, the hose you have coming out and going to the intake, make it go into a canister or bottle about middle way up and have hose coming out of it at the top go to intake. The reasoning is, that if at any point moisture gets sucked threw it will drop off into before it can get sucked into the intake.

I watched a test being done and it used more gas then an engineer said the O2 sensors caused the fuel injection to sense it was burning lean so it added more fuel so on a carburated engine it would be alot better. The sensers basically didn't sense enough none burnt fuel in air bc it had a way better burn in engine so it believed to much oxygen was entering compared to fuel seemed to make alot of sense and I guess that's why a certain company that produces them has a computer programming thing that allows it to by pass those codes with their hydrogen kit. Around 800 to 1000 for it.

I'm certain if you check your Miles Per Gallon, it will be LESS because of lost energy. You're putting more load on the alternator and LOWERING EFFICIENCY. There is NO FREE LUNCH.

I've read that a computer controller is needed to manipulate the O2 sensors so they don't tell the main PCM to send more fuel to the engine. I'm surprised you did have a gain in MPG so I'd be curious if you use an O2 sensor with your system you should see even better results! Great video and nice to see a young man do something productive instead of joining gangs or selling drugs or being stuck at home playing video games bravo 👏👏

Smart kid, but he need more learn about electrical field resonance , dry cells not enough efficient, the best hydrogen cell design by Stan Meyer, Stan Meyer cell work stable, and produce a lots of HHO, plus need to be build all other electronic components . Also need use Volo chip to adjust OBD2 ECM system for HHO, with out Volo chip ECM will work wrong way.

Physics 1/1. Garbage in garbage out. The electricity needed to produce HHO "stresses" the alternator, meaning the engine has to work harder(consume more) to spin the alternator, for the extra juice of electricity needed for the electrolysis. So at the end in best case U will end up using the same amount of fuel for the same mpg.
