We are the gym focusing on making people Pain Smart. We help empower and equip people to escape the medical system that keeps them trapped, endlessly treating symptoms with pills, injections, and surgeries. We lead people through their Pain Journey by helping them understand the root cause of their Pain Problem and how to fix it. Chronic pain always has six Contributing Problems combining into the persons total experience of chronic pain. A person’s joint dysfunction, joint damage, inflammation, peripheral nervous system, central nervous system, and inner thought life problems all combine to create their Complete Pain Problem. Any solution or treatment looking at only one or two of the Contributing Problems will inevitably be short term, symptoms-chasing. We believe in educating people to fix root causes, not treat symptoms.
