Mate you are a fucking champion I was trying to figure out where the second hose on the manifold went as I couldn't see a connection on the MAP sensor let alone even knew where it was located. Hey Rob, did your water pump go after chucking the gilmer on? I'm just about to replace mine today. Also, after chucking on a gilmer myself, I've lost my pwr steering even though I spaced out the pump & replaced the vbelt. Did you have any issues like that?

What you actually do is you unbolt the 6 header bolts , and bolts that connect to headers underneath , remove headers and then you have access to starter motor and not snapping the bolts what you do is you get a butane gun and you heat up the bolts . That way the heat expands the bolts then when cool it retracts and the bolts crack out with no issue !! Thats how you do it , the gas butane guns are about $20 for the gun itself on ebay and the gas canisters for them about $10 . The $30 you would spend saves you in time
