I'm a former sax player and choir geek, and this is my favorite version of a Lauridsen piece. Wow. That alto part just sings to me.

I really like the Vertical Time Study series of Hosokawa, they have a very distinct vibe to them, even to similar styled/partitioned pieces by e.g. Joji Yuasa
