@dseklos thanks very much for the comment, it's much appreciated. Yes a loop pedal records, plays back and keeps looping so you can build up a track, they are really good fun. Yes you can strum it too in many different ways, it'd probably worth just doing 4 down strums to start with then try adding some up strums in the gaps. Hope that helps. Thanks, Matt.

Thanks a lot for your reply, and words of encouragement. There are some beautiful but very complex introductions to several songs that I really like. I've had a go without much luck as I just haven't got the experience. They are very difficult and beyond my ability as a complete beginner. Maybe some of your other subscribers have attempted these too, as they are real classics. Namely, Metallica's Nothing else matters, Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven, and Bon Jovi's Wanted Dead or Alive. Any simple lessons on learning the chords and fingerpicking patterns would be really helpful, and something to aim for. Many thanks again. 👍
