Who says Asians Can't Play Ball and Are Not Athletic Enough for NBA?

The case of Jeremy Lin, a Harvard graduate, undrafted and rejected by
NBA teams and relegated by Knicks to D-league, left on the bench and
fallen through the cracks until a small window of opportunity opens
because the two top-paying mega-stars Carmelo and Amare, and the
rookie Davis are not available for play, that allowed Jeremy Lin to play.
Is it Asian stereotyping or prejudices that led this to happen?
How did a fine player like Jeremy Lin fall through the corporate cracks
of NBA? If it had happened to him, can we safely say it had and will continue
to happen to other Asian players, because there is a thinking that Asians
can't play ball and are not athletic enough for NBA?

it's a bad pr move by the manager if only he didn't fire hwayoung immediately then the netizens would have thought "oh wow t-ara is like a family even with disagreements hwayoung and the other members still care for each other" but because of the immediate firing the netizens then of course would get angry, if i was the ceo what i would have done is give hwayoung a 1 or 2 month break until the issue die down then afterwards slowly reintroduce her to the group again.
I thought a managaer has no such power to fire a group member only the CEO holds that much power to do that.

She didn't withdraw, she was fired. It was a HUGE scandal, and the other members of T-ARA were considered bullies, despite there being absolutely NO evidence of bullying (all the claims netizens made were proven to have been false). Hwayoung has said (twice) that she was not bullied.
