    Sorry for your loss Dan. Good luck with the yoga! I used to love it before my health deteriorated, it was great at helping my mind focus when I combined it with mindfulness

    Hi Dan, wasn't going to comment but I just want to say I think you're so brave for talking about this openly and I really hope it helps you. I know for my own experiences of severe depression how debilitating it can be and I think being able to speak so openly and honestly about it is amazing.     Hi Dan, I want to firstly thank you for sharing, it’s hard to talk about it, but for me I welcome the chance to hear from someone who knows how I feel. So thank you again. I’ve suffered with depression and anxiety for at least 15 years. As you said, I too have good days and bad days. On my bad days......weeks..... I take my anger out on other people who don’t deserve it, I become snappy and irritable and just cry for no apparent reason and cannot stop crying, this black cloud swallows me up and I can’t seem to find my way out. Little things people say or do annoy me, I cannot prioritise things, I hate myself, the way I look, the way I think, the person I become and do not know what to do with myself. So it’s good to know I am not alone. I remember what a lovely young man you were as a teenager and how very intelligent you were as you matured into adulthood. I will be watching your blog with personal interest and if I can help in any way, feel free to contact me. Keep the blogs coming, I will look forward to the next instalment. The medication has worked for me in the past, I just need to keep taking it.
