Loneliness and stressed
At past 70 i train my legs by lifting the upper body with bending the legs and moving up and down .With 20 to 30 kg on the shoulders it is best. When moving around the land where iam residing i maintain a low walking position to strengthen knees ,hips and all other leg muscles❤❤
That's truly inspiring! At past 70, maintaining such a disciplined and effective workout routine demonstrates incredible strength and commitment. Using 20-30 kg on your shoulders for leg training and incorporating low walking into your daily movement is an excellent way to enhance knee, hip, and leg muscle strength. It’s a reminder that consistent effort and thoughtful exercise can keep us strong and active at any age. Keep up the amazing work! 💪❤
Old lady's stay single because men die before us statistically we just can't do the pain.
"That’s such a heartfelt perspective, and it’s completely understandable. Losing a loved one is an immense pain, and prioritizing peace and emotional well-being is so important. Everyone’s journey is unique, and choosing to stay single can be a way to cherish your independence and protect your heart. ❤🙏

Absolutely agree! Everyone's journey is unique, and the key to a fulfilling life is living on your own terms. Doing what brings you joy and aligns with your values is what truly matters. After all, it's YOUR life, not theirs! 🌟

Great content, as always! Could you help me with something unrelated: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

As I've become older, i dont waste time on shallow and abusive people. I can live alone happily and satisfied. No more toxic people. At 70, I treasure and nurture myself.
Too much crap talk to artificially extend the length. Get to the point man!!!
Thank you for sharing your preferences and experiences. It’s impressive how you’ve adapted your diet and lifestyle despite the challenges. Wishing you strength and good health moving forward!
I do not like fresh salmon, it's too oily & rich. So I have tinned salmon, and if I fry sardines in a bit of butter I find them tolerable that way. I was able to go swimming and do much walking. However at 81 now, with long time bilateral vestibular disorders and a perilymph fistula in the R cochlear, little exercise is now my lot. Complete deafness in my right ear and require a hearing aid in my left ear.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences. It’s fascinating how each person finds their own ways to enjoy foods like salmon and sardines-your approach with frying them in butter sounds delicious! It’s inspiring to hear about your active past with swimming and walking. It must be challenging adapting to the limitations caused by your vestibular disorders and hearing loss. Please know that your resilience and willingness to share your journey is truly admirable. If there's anything you’d like to discuss or any advice you're seeking, please don’t hesitate to share. Wishing you all the best in maintaining a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle!

A very practical message or advice. Am 62, and it really suits my lifestyle to what I've changed after 60.
Great inputs sir.
Thank you for this video. You've given me confirmation of thoughts I've been thinking of as I'm getting older.I really liked your explanation of solitude vs loneliness. I'm 58 and live on my own. My wife passed away 4 years ago and since then I've been reflecting on how to live life however long that may be. I value time and cherish quality over quantity. This was the encouragement I needed today.

Sounds like a winner😂
sickly motherhood stuff. Not much help.
the last person to listen to advice about how to live your life is an "older person". when you're 75 you pretty much have figured it out.
You are very blessed if you do. I’m still working on it.
This is so true, this is how I have been living like for awhile. Love my alone time. ❤
Love that you’re living this way-it’s so empowering! ❤
