I tried ART GRAF for the first time * Review
Watch me trying a complete new medium for me - ART GRAF by Viarco, a portuguese brand (which is my country!). Art Graf is watercolour graphite. I have been wanting to try this medium for a long time and to see if it fits my art. Stick around to see my first experience with Art Graf, how I played and test it, how I've made an whole sketchbook spread with this water-soluble graphite and the ultimate question: do I love it or hate it? Does it erase after drying at all?
I tried different erasers after dried and all lift up the graphite, but couldn’t erase it completely. Thanks!

This was so much fun! I liked seeing your experiments with making different marks with it. I've never used that supply. It was really interesting to see the landscapes with it combined with colored pencils.
So glad you like to see it Marcy and that I showed you a new art medium! This one probably is the portuguese art supply most popular all over the world 🙈 and might not be every artist cup of tea, but the quality is excellent!

I still have no idea where is my white Neocolor I, and a candle works pretty the same, although I think this one wasn't the best quality 😅 but I tried! Have a nice week my friend 😘
@@oficinacaracolinho I did 😀 - I ordered some acrylic inks and a stabilo woody (to try) as well as the Art Graf. They are coming to Aust. from the Uk so may take a while. I will try and remember to do a video 😂💗🌻xxx

I have two sticks of artgraf, and love them. But I do want the small tin you have, just didn’t get around to getting it for myself yet. I love using the sticks for expressive lines in my big A3 sketchbook.. but also for some tonal value when used with a wet brush. 😎 Teresa, I LOVED the texture you got with the candle then artgraf! And the dry brush, but the candle wax was my favourite. And the mushrooms with the red inktense - gorgeous! 😍

Ok, i kind of love how moody it looks in your spread! It does seem to overpower a lot but it is a very expressive medium.

I love the autumn theme! Can’t go wrong either mushrooms and snails!! I’ve never used this product (I think I’ve seen Melissa use it though!) The effect is similar to when I’ve used India ink as a watercolor which I really like - easily get the whole range of value with it. Very nice - I’ll need to explore with artgraf sometime!
