Start going once a week to build your stamina, and wear your boots in !

Hi there are possibilities here and there, but its heavily restricted in some areas.
I am curious why you have the brake toggles around your wrists, and you keep hooking your thumbs on the front (A) risers?
light touch control whilst holding the line above the brakes and keeping my hands close when I roll, although i didn't realise they were so close.
